cd400 to dvd800

Hi, I have a 2011 insignia estate with a cd400 and want to swap it for a dvd800 navi.

I bought the unit but can not find where to buy an adaptor harness or what i need to connect it .
Is that even possible, to change from a cd400 to dvd800? If anyone has done it, please give me some advice.

CORSA D 1.0 REAR BRAKE SHOES HELP

Got a set of brake shoes that are slightly different from the fitted pair -on the rear shoe with the lever, (where the handbrake cable attaches at the bottom) -on the old ones the spring sleeve, over the handbrake cable, hooks over a small catch -on the new type there is no catch so where does the spring go and is it’s purpose just to hold the catch up?
I’ve just hooked it onto the rectangular cut out in photo 3 -is this ok ‍♂️

Hey All,

My ASTRA DIESEL HATCHBACK - 1.7 CDTi 16V ecoFLEX Exclusiv 5dr came up with error code 84 yesterday.
Cut a long story short. Was driving with Windows down and doing about 55mph.
All of a sudden I heard a pop followed by a hiss like an air leak for about 2 seconds.
Then I heard the beeb noise like low fuel and the error code 84 came up on dash and car has gone into a limp mode (No power). Car will be booked in for mechanic Wednesday but would like to know if anyone has had the same...

New member with a spluttery campervan...

I have a 2008 SWB Vivaro Campervan. It's done 128k. Recently it has been driving a wee bit spluttery. I changed the MAF sensor in the hopes that this would alleviate the problem - it didn't.
I haven't taken it to a garage as yet - I wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar and what the solution was.

Hi. Needing to find center caps for these wheels but don't know what they are. Got them off my brother who bought them on eBay for his Corsa b project. He tells me they are ats cavalier alloys but I can't find them on the internet using any of those words in Google. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. View attachment 84777

Had a new turbo fitted 6 months ago and have noticed a slight amount of oil under the large metal pipe(induction) leading to the turbo,car runs fine,was told by a garage that this is normal,can anyone confirm this

Since I have had a reconditioned engine in my 1700 zafira diesel I have had nothing but trouble with my car this morning when I was going to work the spanner light come on so I did a peddle test and it was codes
068302 and ECN00000 can anyone help me as to what this means I would appreciate any help

I have been driving to Germany on a yearly basis since about ten years ago. This year for the first time I had to pay for a silly green card to get comprehensive cover for driving in the EU. They blamed Brexit. That is nonsense, they just want money as they where happy to cover it last year without the green card.:mad:

Hello all :)

Im having an on going issue with my insignia, its a 1.8vvt with the 6 speed manual and its a 64 plate.
The problem is this, i get into the car from cold and runs and sounds perfect, however after 15 to 20 mins or so there is a strange whining noise that follows the engine revs, particularly noticable at 3500rpm and beyond (being the 1.8 petrol sometimes you do have to get the revs up to get some momentum) it does sound like a bearing of some sort, i have an extended warrany...

Hi guys

I have a corsa e sri, 65 plate.

I'd like a reverse camera so i bought a cheap one that came with a small monitor that sits on the dash. However when i looked at the instructions to install it, i realised i wouldn't be confident to install it.

So, a colleague said she had a garage down the road she always used and trusted and he said he'd fit it for £30. However later that afternoon he returned it saying it couldn't be installed as connecting it to the reverse light would cause an...
