Semi auto box help

Do you have to program the semi auto box if work is done on it ? my workshop manual does not cover the semi auto box model, does anyone know where I can get a manual for this model 2012 2ltr

hi there i have a 2001 2.2 petrol zafira i recently had a new back back box fitted and had the front flexi changed i drove home fine , been out in the car today when i came back home and pulled up it was idling poorly i have a code reader and that showed no faults nothing on the dash either and also hard to start after . i went out tonight started fine but by the time i got home same prob :( its sounds like its bubblin on tickover also can smell fumes anybody have any ideas ? cheers

Zafira B cim replacement

Hey guys, I need to replace the cim in my 2006 Zafira.
I'm aware that i need to reprogram the new (secondhand) cim, but what I'm struggling to figure out is whether or not I can replace mine with a later one (post 2010) that no longer suffer with the cim failure.
Mine is dated 09.01.2006, the numbers are 13177915 - 203494 and it's a dual stage airbag. I can get one secondhand for 90 quid with those exact numbers, but it has a clip on it and may cease to work at all soon.

Im a newbie on VxON so here goes my first thread.
I run a small business that services and repairs caravans so I thought I would build myself a day van and use some of my skills. Here are some photos.


As I purchased it

After removing ply lining/floor and a good scrub it was window time. Nottingham Windscreens did the fitting part as it was only a few more quid than if I did it myself. View attachment 10252

Are These Springs Wrong?

Hello - first post here, hoping you can help. Having just swapped out the old Design alloys for a freshly powder coated set of Elite rims, whilst admiring the shiny new wheels I realised that the front of the car looked unsuitably high.

I'd always thought my 1.8 Design estate looked a little leggy and put it down to the suspension being set up for comfort and sitting on 16" rims. But with the new wheels I realised that things definitely weren't right.

All this has got me wanting to fit...

Hi,
I have a vauxhall zafira b model and the light came on with error codes 30200.
I have had it at a garage where he replaced the coil pack and spark plug. Within a day of getting it back the light has come on again with the same codes. Does anyone know what the problem could be

guys I need some help, I’m getting engine management light and multiple fault codes
P0300, p0301, p0302, p0303, p0304, p0314, p1300, and p1614 & p1616
I’ve had two new coil packs, new spark plugs and it still happens, have been told replace maf sensor, but there not cheap, is there anything else I could look at before, also I noticed a hum or were from behind the dash
Any advice welcomed, it’s starting to eat my cash

1.9 cdti cooling fan loom location for purple plug

Hi all newbie here, think I am posting this in the right place, fitted the loom that goes round the front of the cooling fan housing and around to plug into the air cooling compressor but then there is a wire 10cm long that terminates at a small round purple plug. HELP does anyone know where this plug goes. Thanks

Vectra Motor Heater Resistor

Morning All,

I'm driving a 2003 Vectra Petrol 1800cc.

My aircon was playing up for a while, only blowing on setting number 4 so i did a bit of digging around and everything pointed towards the resistor needing changing. The air con/blowers stopped completely the other day (the day after i bought the resistor) so i went to change it yesterday afternoon to see if it would bring it all back to life.

After removing the glove box and a few other bits i couldn't find out where the resistor...

I have been driving to Germany on a yearly basis since about ten years ago. This year for the first time I had to pay for a silly green card to get comprehensive cover for driving in the EU. They blamed Brexit. That is nonsense, they just want money as they where happy to cover it last year without the green card.:mad:

Hello. We've just inherited an Agila, 1.0 Twinport 56 plate, my first Vauxhall since driving my Mum's Viva in the 80's.!
It seems quite good to drive and can actually get to the limit on the motorway without too much effort.
The only issue we have really is that it sounds really quite noisy and harsh when accelerating or under load, sounding a bit like a 2CV. I don't find it too bad and you could describe it as quite "sporty" and when cruising it's quite a bit quieter. When it's idling...

Hi guys has anyone fitted a xtrons touchscreen headunit in there vx? as im after some advice as ive just bought a 2nd hand one from a corsa d for my zafira b came all boxed with all the wiring loom and canbus cables.
Ive plugged it all in and the unit turns on for about 10secs then shuts down. Anyone got any ideas
