Hi everyone

Thank you for having me and I will get right down to it.

Someone alittle while back had hit my drivers side door which caused me to hit a pillar on the passenger side door.
Long story short both the doors needed to be fixed. Rather than fixing it I manged to find 2 doors pretty cheap but the problem is my central locking went dead.

I found my car deadlocked with no way in as we tried to manually open it. Probably a different barrel due to the key going in but not turning.

Evening guys,
I've seen a few astra sport vans recently that have been modified, ie: lowered, alloys, new grilles etc. And they look proper tasty.

Is there anything available for the vivaro along these lines?
Grilles?
Headlight upgrades? Hids? Or black surrounds?
Brakes? They have discs all round, can you get bigger or better pads etc?

I just want it to stand out a bit from the growing masses that seem to be on the road.

A couple of days ago I went to unlock my van using key fob and the locks just made a noise as if they were working but didn't actually unlock the door. Used they key to get in and take to my local garage. The locks now are working randomly, sometimes locking and sometimes unlocking. Not all 5 locks (if you include the petrol flap) are synchronised. ie all locked together or unlocked together. I was wondering if any other Vauxhall owners haved suffered from a very annoying problem I am having with the Stop/Start system on my Vauxhall Insignia. The system automatically shuts down the engine in appropiate conditions, e.g. when stopped at traffic lights, and instantly restarts when the driver is ready to move away.

Hi all....

Desperately need some help... Need to activate my aux for my astra 2007 1.8 elite and I have read threads on line which say that vauxhall need to do it using a tech 2.

I have spoken to vauxhall several times on the phone they have no clue... When into a dealership they also have no clue. They want me to pay 50 quid from someone to maybe sort it....

Hi, just joined club. first club ever.I own a 3.0 ltr 24v Carlton gsi.It been parked up on my drive for about 10 years .just had a knee replacement so unable to work on it ,I'm afraid it's deteriorated past the point of reserection.Tried starting it yesterday but no go(I think the fuel pump sized).Thinking of selling any ideas of value? 2007 1.8i petrol club 5d 138bhp 1796cc Z16XER

My Exhaust is making a disgusting noise like rattling / Scraping.
I had a quick look and knock around and it was a bit loose but not knocking against anything, I asked a Mobile Mechanic to have a little look at it as he was sorting a friends car out.

He said its the Centre Silencer, I've looked online and they seem to quite pricey and they say to make sure it fits right. Some of them on ebay say 'Due many variants please...

Hi all - I have a vauxhall combo 1.3 cdti - 2008 - engine z13dtj
I have read a lot lately of blanking off egr valve
I just wondered if someone could point out positive and negatives
I have seen on eBay they sell the plate in different thickness and also with a small hole in it.
Do you just leave the whole egr valve and pipes fitted - do you disconnect the wiring plug to it.

hi all since I bought my vauxhall Astra convertible 1.8 16v
It has always had high revs when you first start it in the morning and after about a minute or two it settles back to normal but iv noticed over the past few weeks when on stop at lights or parked up ( with the engine running ) every few seconds it does what I can explain is like a lil hiccup every few seconds. as the car needed new brakes and clutch I got this done first then had the car back for about a month and it's still doing...

I have a Combo 1.3 cdti on a 07 plate, it has corrosion on the subframe and I was wondering if the subframe on a Corsa would be the same?

I have just had my inlet manifold and egr valve changed on my astra H 1.9 and sometimes the spanner light will come on whilst driving. I have done a pedal test and get the below codes, is anyone able to advise what the problems are or what i need to do for these codes disappear? I have done a very quick google search but couldnt find anything that was consistant with these fault codes.

ECN 038008

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
