RAC recovery driver

I've had one agency put me forward for RAC class 2 recovery driver for full time position. The only thing that is holding me back is the shift work 5 out of 7 days starting salary is about 25k with loads overtime and bonuses..
Might just go for interview to get better insight but if anyone knows of anyone who has worked similar let me know.
