Replacing Bulbs to Xenon

Hi all

I have just brought some Xenon bulbs for my Meriva A ( Main,Dipped,Side & front Foglight bulbs) 55w 5000k,
To fit them is it best to remove the front bumper completely or remove the hose to the air intake (drivers side) & Move the relay box by the battery (passenger side)?

Also for the fog lights does the car need jacking up/ramps?

any helpful insight is much appreciated,
