Urgent Help needed!

Hi, I've just found out that my rear nearside door does not lock. Obviously no way to manually lock it so I'm a bit stuck. All other doors lock and all windows work. Alarm doesn't go off either when this door is opened. Don't know how long it's been like this as only found out by chance. Does anyone know what to do as I can't take car to work knowing this.
