Trade plates

as I've stopped taxi work now just letting that policy run out as il get my 7 years no claims then. I took out traders policy today to buy and sell cars. Got that prestigious vectra and a corsa that I've added.
il be visiting a auction house tomorrow got room for 2 more cars on the driveway.

My question is do I require trade plates as I've printed the application anyone who could advice me as I starting up part time. i know they are cost effective as you don't have to tax the car..Am...
