Disappearing coolant, something leaking under bonnet 2005 Petrol 1.6 Zafira

I've had to top up the water a lot recently in the wifes 2005 1.6 petrol Zaifra Life. Today I noticed something leaking. Please check the pic.

Any idea's what's going on here?
