For the last few months I have been trying to trace a fault with my vivaro. Under fast acceleration or high loads the van roars/rumbles/vibrates its quite hard to explain. It happens around 1800 rpm fades away and comes back around 3000 rpm before fading away at the redline. It used to happen in 1,2,3,4 but I can now only hear it in 1,2 and sometime 3rd.
